LiVES had passed several social responsibility audits performed by the most qualified companies in the industry, always with outstanding results:
Bureau Veritas came in 2009, 2011, 2012, 2014, 2015, 2016 for our clients Chicco´s and Vince.
Intertek came in the years 2010, 2012, 2015 and 2016 for our clients Kate Spade, Everlane, Carole Hochman and Jones Apparel,
Fast Retailing Group came in the years 2013, 2015, 2016 for our client Theory
Certint came in the year 2010 for our client Burberry and International Labor Standards came in 2014 for Disney. LiVES also carries out traditional activities during the year in order to keep our team motivated and committed to the company values. We give a public recognition to the employee of the month during our monthly update meeting with all the employees. Every May during our labor day we have a talent show were our employees present their talents individually or in groups and it ends up in a fun get together. We also have a sports tournament where we have men’s soccer, women’s soccer and mixed volley, this activity ends in September on the day of our anniversary. In December we have an end of the year party where the employees vote for the persons that live and personify the eight values of LiVES: Flexible, Analytic, Caring, Fast, Innovator, Committed, Efficient, Organized. We want to make sure our employees feel happy and encouraged to work with a purpose, this is the way we provide our clients with the best possible service in the clothing manufacturing industry.
